Next, we are going to start enhancing and tweaking some, lets go back to the chrome border layer for a sec, we are going to add a drop shadow to it, set the vert and horiz both to 3, or -3 for both, that should give it a nice look and not be over the top. Set your drop shadow to 70 opacity and 5 blur, color black. Now drop shadow the mustang, set the vert to 3, the horiz to -3. you should now have something that looks like this

Now select the chrome frame again, and runa clarify twice, to make the frame pop some.

Next we are going to mess with the rust area.

First, run clarify on your rust layer twice
You'll notice that most of these tweaks and changes arent very evident at first, they are subtle, and will make you image stand out better in the end.

Now, still on the rust layer, run some contrast, and click ok. You should now look like this.

The last step is to make a new layer on top of all your layers, add some text, and run your favorite effects on it. I used red chrome filter, drop shadow, and clarify x2. Save as a PNG format, and this is my finished product.
